Cost of services
The cost structure is designed so you can build the service that you require.
The cost of one visit per day to check on your cats welfare, feed and put water out for them and clean litter trays is £8.50. I'll also do a basic security check of the house and pick up any mail that may have arrived for you.
We can also arrange for a briefer second visit to the house to check on your cats welfare and also if you are having two visits per day, open and close curtains and switch lights on and off. this gives the impression there is someone in the house and leaves it more secure. The cost of second visits is £5.00.
The above prices are for a maximum of three cats. If you have more then three simply add on £1.00 per cat per visit for the first visit only. Second visits still remain at £5.00.
If you have fish tanks, cages with smaller animals or birds or reptiles that need looking after in addition to cats add £1.00 per cage or tank.
If you don't have any cats but would like your smaller animals looked after as with the above prices 1 visit per day for up to three cages or tanks is £8.50 with a second visit being £5.00. Any additional cages or tanks above three are priced at £1.00 extra per cage or tank.
Grooming is charged at £2.50 per cat per groom (you may not require this to be done every day).
If you don't have any pets, but would like us to offer you a security check house minding service this is priced at £10 per day and includes two visits to the house to check that everything is OK, removal of mail from behind the door or items from the letter box, opening and closing curtains and switching on lights.
In addition, if you are away for a long period of time we are able to offer you (in conjunction with our other business PG handyman and maintenance) a lawn cutting service - again an uncut lawn can give clues that the house is unoccupied. This service is priced on an individual basis dependent on the size of the lawn. In with this we can also offer plant watering as an additional service - again priced dependent on the number of plants that require watering. Watering can be done in conjunction with daily visits.
In the unlikely event that your cat or other animals require a vet we can arrange to take them to the vet - the charge would be £10.00 per visit. This charge would be payable on your return.
